We did some photos at the beach and I was too lazy to get my bathing suit on after so I stole Jesses shirt!
This top linked below!(My favourite!!)
My sunglasses- similar here
After our walk into town! It was so hot that day! We all look so sweaty! 😜
I'm obsessed with with this top! I would wear it all the time with high waisted shorts! And now it's on sale!!!
Cohen's 'hola' and other graphic shirts
My bathing suit- so many amazing styles here!
My hubby and I, along with our 2 children, and my hubby's family(minus a few that couldn't make it-he has a big family!) went to Cancun to celebrate my father in laws 60th Birthday!
We both really enjoy travelling together, but having two kiddies under 3, sometimes requires a little more of a plan! Ok a lot more!
Of course the personality of your little one, as well as their age definitely plays a big role in what they may need when it comes to travelling!
I have thought of a few things that made our life a little easier when it comes to keeping them happy during the travel days...
Our 3 year old of course needs to be a little occupied during take off, and then the other few hours of the flight! We always bring him our ✈️IPAD, and got the company app for the airline so we can get a few free movies through the app while flying! My sister in law told me about this and it really helped (at least for a bit!)
✈️STICKER BOOKS are what G is also into right now! So I got him these super simple ones from Melissa & Doug that kept him occupied for a while! It's nice to have something your kids can easily use while stimulating their imagination! You guys will love these ones, so you can enjoy some time to yourself!
✈️If you have FAMILY on the plane with you, then passing around a baby sometimes helps, to give them a different atmosphere. Depending on their age, bringing them what they need in order to nap is very important! A BACK PACK that consists of a Blanket, and Cohen sleeps with a soother so I brought 2 just in case, and a ->soother holder!<-(Clip that attaches to their clothes so if they spit it out it doesn't fall in the plane!)The ones I sited there are super stylish and very durable! I also always pack wipes, 2-3 diapers, and this Reperkid portable changing pad for the areas you happen to be when needing to change them! This changing pad fit perfectly in the backpack and made it super easy to keep everything together, so you don't have wipes and diapers separate! This changing pad was a huge win when travelling with a baby!
2. FOOD AND SNACKS
So this really matters what your kids like! We brought a huge container of the different flavoured puffs for Cohen, as well as bottles! I pre packed in this amazing Basilic Baby Formula Dispenser 6oz and 8oz so I could pack the big formula container in my luggage. These containers are a life changer! You just take off the lid and pour it right into your bottle, mess free and simple! I used room temperate bottled water to make it easy! If you plan to travel and have a formula fed babe, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one of these to make feeding easy! For Grayson we always bring a few candies to eat while taking off and decending as well! And plus it's always a great bribe! 😊
Each of the kids had their own backpack so I knew what was where! Then I brought a huge purse to store my belongings and things that somehow I end up just throwing in my purse for the time being!
It was so nice to get away at the end of August, and the resort Hyatt Ziva was absolutely beautiful! We had such an amazing week with our family and I came home refreshed and revived!
It's that time of year when the cold weather reminds me how much I want to go away!
Let me know what your secrets to travelling with more than one child are! I have read some horror stories before and if you have any advice comment below!
If you have any trips planned, happy travelling!! With or without kids!
And if you have no vacations planned here is something that will pick up your spirits, and make you feel like you went away... my little secret 🤗😍
Thanks for stopping by!
